You Will

  • Own and lead corporate-level FP&A, including consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Drive annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and multi-year strategic planning aligned to YouTrip’s growth ambitions.
  • Ensure alignment between financial plans, operational priorities, and strategic objectives.
  • Steer strategic decisions based on financial analysis
  • Support business leaders with actionable insights on spend, performance, and trade-offs through clear and impactful analysis.
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support to guide both operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Create and maintain management reporting packages, including KPIs and metrics aligned to annual plans and long-term strategic goals.
  • Review product cost structures and pricing models; recommend pricing and margin optimization initiatives to drive sustainable profitability.
  • Identify key value drivers and risks, translating data into clear recommendations for leadership.
  • Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, automate, and scale FP&A tools, processes, and methodologies.
  • Enhance forecasting accuracy, reporting timeliness, and analytical depth as the business grows in complexity.
  • Establish best-in-class FP&A practices suitable for a high-growth fintech environment.
