Develop process map and produce swimlane process flow diagrams to identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement in the current processes. 2. Collaborate with the lead and ops teams to develop automated solutions to address the identified improvements areas in the processes. 3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to the automated processes ensuring controls in place. 4. Assist team lead in solution implementation by mapping out the timeline, highlighting critical milestone, arranging regular call to provide status update, track overdue items (if any), documentation management and perform post go live support. This 6-month traineeship role is offered under Workforce Singapore (WSG)’s GRaduate Industry Traineeship (GRIT) Programme. Under Additional Requirements: As the GRIT Programme is a government initiative administered by WSG, all candidates must meet the following criteria: 1)Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident 2)Graduated in 2024 or 2025 3)Have not held any full-time employment prior to this traineeship Additional Requirements Develop, Engage, Execute, Strategise Be a Part of the UOB Family UOB is an equal opportunity employer.
