Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Paid Performance Specialist with deep expertise in TikTok Ads to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of working experience at TikTok (in a paid performance role)., alongside a total of 3+ years of in digital marketing or finance-related industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute TikTok acquisition strategies to reach and convert new users, optimizing toward lifetime value and ROI.
  • Manage paid budget allocations on a monthly and campaign basis to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing TikTok ad creatives tailored for platform trends and audience behaviours.
  • Continuously test new creatives, hooks, and formats to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Provide performance reporting and actionable recommendations to optimize campaign delivery and user acquisition.
  • Work with product and tech teams to improve conversion rates through funnel optimization and seamless UX.
