ThreeTrader is seeking a Japan Marketing Manager to lead our market operations in Japan. This position encompasses comprehensive responsibility for all marketing activities in the Japanese market, from strategic planning and execution to team management. The successful candidate will optimize our global brand for the Japanese market and drive business growth through culturally appropriate communication.

Key Responsibilities

I. Strategic Planning & Market Development

●      Develop and execute annual marketing plans for the Japanese market

●      Define brand strategy and positioning tailored to Japanese consumers

●      Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify growth opportunities

●      Collaborate with global teams to align local and corporate objectives

II. Localization & Content Management

●      Lead end-to-end localization of all marketing materials and product content

●      Develop localization style guides, glossaries, and quality assurance processes

●      Ensure cultural appropriateness across all content (language, visuals, messaging)

●      Manage translation vendors and coordinate with legal/compliance teams

III. Digital Marketing Execution

●      Build and optimize Japanese website with strong SEO and conversion focus

●      Manage social media platforms and KOL partnerships

●      Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, paid media, and organic channels

●      Develop paid advertising strategies (Google Ads, Yahoo! JAPAN) with A/B testing

IV. Analytics & Optimization

●      Analyze marketing data and track KPIs across all channels

●      Create performance reports with actionable insights for senior management

●      Implement data-driven optimizations to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness

V.Potential Team Leadership

●      Build, lead, and mentor the Japanese marketing team

●      Recruit, train, and manage team performance

●      Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance across all outputs
