Teltonika Singapore is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in our Singapore office to focus on building high performing teams.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

•    Work with existing and develop new Talent Acquisition channels & strategies, to find and match best talents with our open positions in (Country) and across Asian region.
•    Manage full cycle recruitment process: CV sourcing & headhunting, phone screening, conducting interviews together with the Hiring Managers
•    Implement top-notch Candidate Experience throughout the recruitment process•    Focus on proactively generating new Talent pools, mainly headhunting
•    Consult hiring managers on recruitment related topics, conduct trainings for new Hiring Managers
•    Prepare and deliver constant updates and insights to the HQ Office in terms of hiring progress, achievements and challenges in delivering Hiring Plan
•    Suggest improvements for the existing and implement new practices including but not limited to recruitment process optimization, employer branding, company benefits
•    Contribute on shaping the best culture and internal communication practices in the office
