About The Job The Singapore University of Social Sciences invites suitable applications for the position of Research Fellow on a 12-month contract at the Teaching & Learning Centre (TLC). Anchored in SUSS’ Andragogy for Impact strategy, TLC drives leadership in impactful andragogical research to shape innovative and evidence-based practices in adult learning. What You Will Be Doing Conduct meta-literature reviews and pilot studies Develop research frameworks and methodologies for pilot studies Data and project management Develop high-quality grant proposals Publication and report writing Support collaboration across multiple research teams Other research-related tasks as assigned by the Principal Investigator Job Requirements Possess a doctoral (PhD or EdD) degree in Education, Adult Learning, or equivalent Prior experience in research related to education and/or adult learning Experience with quantitative and/or qualitative research methods Excellent analytical and organisational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to take initiative and work flexibly, as part of a team, as well as independently with minimum supervision
