About the Role


A hands-on creative designer role focused on elevating StraitsX’s brand through high-quality, compliant, and compelling visual storytelling across digital and physical touchpoints for an institutional audience.

What You Will Do

  • Design across multiple formats: social, email, infographics, motion (GIFs), print (e.g. event backdrops and merchandise)
  • Develop visuals aligned with brand and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, employer branding, and product teams
  • Manage external vendors for large-scale creative production
  • Support video and multimedia efforts when needed
  • Ensure consistency and quality in a fast-paced environment

What We Are Looking For

  • 5–7 years of design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Experience in fintech / payments / crypto or similarly complex industries
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Experience in fast-paced or startup environments
  • Stablecoin or crypto-native experience
  • Motion design and video production exposure
  • Experience working with regulated or institutional brands
  • Familiarity with AI design tools
