Job Description: Develop system safety program plan, hazard analyses and risk assessment documents, safety assessment report and hazard logs based on contracted system safety and project requirements Facilitate system safety reviews and assessment with project system safety working groups and to facilitate and seek technical endorsement for safety assessment report with company and customer safety review boards Ensure system safety requirements and implementation are complied with company process and contracted requirements for projects and in-house products Submit monthly project status report and updates to Project Manager, System Safety Leads and Department Manager Support safety related administrative functions Conduct failure investigation and prepares reports for problems or issues based on findings from facts, research, studies and makes necessary recommendations and submits to relevant authority for approval Prepare and studies technical drawings, specifications of mechanical systems inclusive of engine, transmission, powerpack and driveline, and scopes of work to ensure (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) MRO operations conform to standards and customer requirements Document work procedures based on technical requirements for the MRO components Analyse and interpret test information to resolve repaired related problems Design, maintain, service and implement components so to be able to integrate into in-service systems, and interpret specifications and mechanical drawings for any re-engineering work required Responsible include training technicians; planning, assigning, and directing work to a group of technicians; appraising addressing complaints and resolving problems Appoint to be lead for a Platform to ensure the MRO Component serviceability is met at all times Perform literature searches on the subject area for MRO in Mechanical System especially in engine and transmission Assist in providing technology solutions to overcome more complex MRO systems so to allow work focuses upon the effective integration of people, processes, tools and technology in order to improve the MRO into the next level Job Requirements: Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2 year of working experience related to Automotive fields or MRO Services Certified Reliability Engineer will be an added advantage Able to read and understand mechanical drawings Possess good interpersonal skills and strong ability to work within a team Good interpersonal & communication skills Ability to present ideas, approach and objectives clearly Work under pressure, independent and self-motivated Good listener, and able to understand customers problem or question and help them solve it Customer orientated Good analytical and problem solving skills Good communication skills and a strong team player Independent, highly motivated, meticulous, resourceful and possess a positive attitude
