Responsibilities: Receive and inspect all incoming deliveries of aircraft components, parts, and materials to ensure quality and accuracy. Unbox shipments, physically count items, and verify against delivery documents. Check and verify certificates for compliance with air regulation and customer requirements. Raise Non-Conformance Material Reports (NCMRs) for any discrepancies. Perform goods receipt transactions using SAP system. Coordinate with buyers and customers to resolve any receiving discrepancies. Understand and apply airworthiness requirements and certification standards during inspection. Utilize SAP for receiving processes; familiarity with aerospace industry ERP practices is a plus. Carry out additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: NITEC in Aerospace / Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. Independent, proactive, and eager to learn. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP and TRAX systems (training will be provided). Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) and an interest in the aviation industry will be advantages.
