Job Summary: This role is responsible for overseeing operational activities related to running of a Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) workshop. This role ensures proper quotations to customers for their requested services, ensuring operational resources are effectively deployed, coordinate with various departments to ensure operations requirements are being met. Job Description: Manage the operations of a maintenance workshop that involves: Maintenance of Light to Heavy vehicles Repair of Light to Heavy vehicles Reliability Programs Repair champaign On-site services & repairs Engage customers on their MRO requirement and provide feasible solutions Plan, organize and conduct Maintenance Workshop Operations Screen and approve repair quotations Activate material purchases for the required works Study into material consumption trend and forecast for material provision Ensure Contractual, Departmental & Program Profit & Loss and Key Performance Indicators are met Lead or participate in tenders as assigned Ensure operations safety and security requirements are met Any other reasonable task(s) assigned by the company Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in managing workshop operations, or related roles. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Analytical mindset with experience improving operational processes. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
