Job Description: Identify areas of inefficiency and recommend solutions to streamline processes within the Supplies Department. Collaborate with external parties to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices. Collect, analyse data to measure the effectiveness of key process within the Supplies Department. Conduct root cause analysis to determine the source of issues and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain measurement of key performance indicators within the Supplies Department. Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures. Provide training and support to teams to ensure successful implementation of improvements. Responsible for the ad hoc, general operational, administrative and continuous improvement functions of Supplies Department when assigned Requirements: Minimum Diploma or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel Basic knowledge of Data Analytics Knowledge and familiarity with SAP is an advantage Possess strong interpersonal skill Able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
