Full Description

Responsibilities: Plan and execute preventive maintenance and manage corrective maintenance for workshop machinery and equipment. Conduct annual stocktakes and ensure accountability for workshop equipment and spare inventory. Implement lock-out tag-out procedures for defective equipment and manage segregation of serviceable and unserviceable spares. Maintain accurate records of equipment, including last servicing dates, repair histories, and next service schedules. Perform the indent, return, or disposal of spares in compliance with SAP processes and organizational procedures. Coordinate with workshops for repairable items and ensure timely resolutions. Conduct routine checks to ensure accountability and proper handling of spares within workshops. Requirements: Higher NITEC ior NTC n Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in maintenance or supply chain functions. Proficient in SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) and Microsoft Excel. Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and work independently. Strong documentation and filing skills for efficient storage management. Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality. Willing to work overtime and on weekends as required. Forklift license will be an advantage. Other Information: Location: Pioneer Sector (Daily Transportation Reimbursed To and Fro) 5 days work week Working Hours: 7.45am-5pm
