Full Description
Key Responsibilities: Assist in QMS Implementation and Maintenance Support the development, documentation, and upkeep of QMS procedures in alignment with Authority regulations and Company SOPs. Ensure timely updates to quality documentation and manuals. Conduct Routine Audits and Inspections Perform scheduled audits and spot checks on airfield operations activities. Report non-conformities and escalate significant findings to the QA Manager. Compliance Monitoring Track adherence to Authority regulations and internal SOPs. Maintain compliance checklists and follow up on corrective actions. Data Collection and Analysis Compile audit results, inspection reports, and compliance data for review. Assist in analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement. Support Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) Coordinate with operational teams to implement corrective measures. Monitor the effectiveness of preventive actions and report progress. Training and Awareness Assist in organizing and delivering quality-related training sessions. Promote awareness of QMS requirements among airfield personnel. Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of audits, inspections, and compliance reports. Prepare draft quality performance summaries for QA Manager’s review. Continuous Improvement Suggest process enhancements based on audit findings and industry best practices. Support initiatives that strengthen operational integrity and safety. Qualification Education: Diploma or Degree in Aviation Management, Quality Assurance, Safety Management, or related discipline. Work Experience: 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or safety within aviation or airfield operations. Exposure to regulatory frameworks e.g., operational SOPs. Experience in conducting audits, inspections, or compliance checks is an advantage. Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and continuous improvement methodologies. Technical Skills: Knowledge of audit techniques and risk assessment. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, QMS software). Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Good communication and interpersonal skills for training and stakeholder engagement. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-compliance environment.
