Job Description: Manage and maintain the Management Team’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and reminders. Organise, maintain and manage company registry to handle business information and documents. Manage SAP Purchase Requisition planning and processing roles relating to the general office. Assist in support tasks relating to the organising of company events and meetings. Job Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar high-level administrative role, in support of a Division Manager or above. Diploma or above Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or relevant equivalent software. Proficiency in SAP is desirable but not mandatory. Good written and verbal communication skills in English
