Assistant Engineer

12 hour shift role Job Description Oversee day-to-day maintenance activities. Provide frontline technical support and troubleshooting for drone systems during operations. Perform on-site field work, including system setup, inspection, and operational support. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on drone systems as per maintenance schedules. Perform rectification work to resolve system malfunctions and ensure operational readiness. C onduct root cause analysis and provide findings and recommendations. Report maintenance issues encountered during preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, or flight operations to the Service Lead. P repare, update, and maintain maintenance documentation in accordance with maintenance policies, user guidelines, and customer requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, maintainability, and performance. Assist in training and guiding technicians on maintenance procedures and technical troubleshooting Prepare and submit monthly maintenance and utilization reports, providing accurate data and analysis on system performance.
