Job Description Role Mission: This role exists to drive revenue growth for StarHub’s Hybrid IT and Managed Services portfolio by identifying, qualifying, and closing solution-led opportunities across assigned accounts. The Solution Sales Manager serves as the technical–commercial bridge between customers, internal teams, and vendor partners, shaping solutions that address customer outcomes while ensuring deal governance, pricing discipline, and predictable revenue delivery. Accountabilities: • Own end-to-end opportunity qualification, solution shaping, and pricing governance from lead to closure • Drive managed services sales pipeline across network, cloud, and cybersecurity domains • Maintain strong vendor and partner alignment • Ensure forecast accuracy, documentation, and internal approval compliance • Uphold customer experience across presales, proposal, and handover phases Responsibilities: • Engage customers to understand business objectives, challenges, and technical requirements • Position StarHub’s Managed Services, Network, Cloud, and Cybersecurity solutions • Develop BoMs, commercials, and service scope with presales and vendors • Coordinate with SalesOps, Finance, Legal, Bid Management, and Delivery teams • Work with vendors to secure competitive pricing and deal protection • Support contract reviews and structured handover to delivery teams • Maintain disciplined pipeline management in Salesforce • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Team Scope / Stakeholders: • Individual Contributor • Internal: Account Management, Presales, SalesOps, Finance, Legal, Delivery • External: Vendors, Distributors, Partners, Enterprise Customers Qualifications • Diploma or Degree in IT or related discipline • 3–5 years experience in solution sales or presales • Exposure to enterprise networking and managed services
