Job Description A key member of the Media Sales Team, the key objective of this role is to develop our Digital advertising business. This is an expanded portfolio from media and digital specialist to developing integrated strategies and customized solutions across all StarHub platforms, growing advertising sales revenue on our digital platforms. Own the advertising product; StarHub TV+ and increase inventories across Live feed, and VOD. Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders across other teams such as Product, Engineering, and TVOps to ensure smooth and timely implementation of our solution. Manage full-funnel campaigns to integrate and monetize with StarHub 1st party data to enhance our campaign’s accuracy and reporting. Align with stakeholders to ensure integration of various sub-system are optimal: Conviva audience, data lake, SmartHub analytics and Hoppr Darwin planning tool. Develop go-to-market strategy for StarHub full-funnel offering, create sales pitches, use cases, and ways to communicate our value proposition to agencies and clients to ensure proper referencing. Develop and manage partnerships across the CTV value-chain. Strategize effective strategies with Sales Team, and relevant stakeholders leveraging on campaign analytics across Conviva, StarHub smart analytics, consumers insights, media trends and advertiser media buying preferences. Responsible for engaging and managing digital partners and vendors to drive revenue growth. Qualifications At least 5-8 years of experience in digital media industry Fluency in the CTV/SSAI framework, ad tracking, and troubleshooting. A deep understanding of the CTV/OTT/Streaming and programmatic landscape and usage of 1st party data analytics, tracking, and attribution. Ability to plan and execute at both the strategic and operational levels Experience in digital ad products, digital marketing and building GTM strategies Able to work independently and manage timelines to achieve project milestones.
