RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is for SMU Academy (SMUA).
- Update programme and website content to ensure information is current and accurate.
- Manage Training Partner Gateway (TPG) updates, including course and intake submissions.
- Create and maintain course schedules on our registration portals.
- Gather and organize participant’s testimonials for marketing use.
- Collaborate with Sales daily to monitor and manage leads and waitlists.
- Track enquiries, follow ups, and registration across programmes.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A-Levels / Diploma and above.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent time, resource and project management skills with strong ability to multi-task.
- Self-initiated, takes initiative, ownership and highly dependable.
- Meticulous with numerical figures and details.
- Proficient in MS Office software.
- Strong people management skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with others.
- Willingness to work extended hours and on some weekends.
- Ability to handle difficult customers and de-escalate tensions.
