RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is for SMU Academy (SMUA).
- Assist in all the administrative and logistical matters related to the smooth offering and execution of training programs (both online and offline) offered by the team.
- Support trainer management, partner management, course ware, assessment, feedback and other required duties/documentation.
- Assist in coordinating/setting up client meetings for the team and drafting of minutes or other relevant documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A-Levels / Diploma and above.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent time, resource and project management skills with strong ability to multi-task.
- Self-initiated, takes initiative, ownership and highly dependable.
- Meticulous with numerical figures and details.
- Proficient in MS Office software and other IT tools.
- Able to work collaboratively with others.
- Willingness to work extended hours and on some weekends.
- Ability to handle difficult customers and de-escalate tensions.
