Make an Impact by As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will make an impact by supporting our recruitment strategy and helping us attract the best talent to our organisation. You will collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross‑functional teams to streamline hiring processes, engage candidates, and enhance our employer branding efforts. Through your contributions, you will help deliver a seamless and positive experience for every candidate while strengthening our overall talent pipeline. Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and campus outreach channels. Screen resumes and support shortlisting by matching candidate profiles against job requirements. Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process. Support employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, recruitment events and campus engagement activities. Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) records to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Assist with system enhancement initiatives by supporting updates, user testing, documentation and process improvements within Talent Acquisition systems. Support Talent Acquisition onboarding activities for new hires, including preparation of onboarding materials and orientation. Prepare hiring metrics data for recruitment reports and dashboards. Skills for Success Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills with attention to detail.
