Systems Planning Intern

Make an Impact by: Design and document device use cases relevant to network and security infrastructure. Explore our Elastic Stack-based platform to uncover insights in ingested network and service data. Build, refine, and maintain dashboards for network and security management. Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources (CPLUS and MegaPOP, STIX, SingNet, etc.) to support operational decisions. Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities where data analytics can optimize network and security operations. Skills for Success: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field Strong understanding of Data Analysis and Data Management principles. Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and how they can be applied in information systems. Background or coursework in Information Systems Management. Understanding of Network and Security Infrastructure Management. Experience or coursework in using the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Beats) for data handling and visualization is strongly preferred. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Strong communication and documentation skills. Self-motivated, eager to explore and learn new technologies.
