Manage and follow-thru fallouts from the OLLC & GIS works orders (provide, change, cease). Manage issues arising from the OLLC & GIS works orders (provide, change, cease). Ensure the key OLLC & GIS milestone dates are met. Prepare and submit weekly & monthly reports. Execute effective communications with Customers, LSPs and other stakeholders, and manage their expectations. Uphold customer experience. Meet Team KPIs and targets. Skills For Success: Diploma in any ICT equivalent domain. Min 3 years of telco delivery or coordination. MS O365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint) Network architecture and concepts Basic technical network knowledge Problem Management Supplier Management
