Be a Part of Something BIG! The Executive, Trade Marketing supports trade marketing initiatives by developing effective creative assets across retail, digital, and social touchpoints. This role focuses on translating prepaid propositions into clear, engaging visuals and videos that drive visibility, understanding, and conversion across physical and digital channels. Make an Impact by Creative & Design Design creative assets for prepaid campaigns across digital, social media, retail, OOH, and on ground activations Develop social media assets and videos, including static posts, short-form videos, basic motion content, and campaign adaptations Translate prepaid offers, pricing, and benefits into simple, easy-to-understand visuals and video content for trade and consumer audiences Develop key visuals (KVs), layouts, iconography, videos, and motion assets where required Create and adapt point-of-sale (POS) materials, including in-store collaterals, retailer wall murals, signages, and promotional displays Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines while remaining relevant to prepaid customer segments Partner closely with marketing, product, and trade teams to support campaign launches and always-on communications Adapt, resize, and localise assets efficiently across multiple formats, channels, and platforms Support fast-turnaround promotions while maintaining creative quality, accuracy, and consistency Skills for Success Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field 2–5 years of relevant design experience, preferably within telco, retail, or consumer brands Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is an advantage) Hands-on experience designing for both digital and print environments Familiarity with creating creative assets across: Social media assets and videos Short-form video and basic motion content Point-of-sale (POS) materials Retailer wall murals and large-format signages Performance-driven digital creative forma Rewards that Go Beyond Flexible work arrangements Full suite of health and wellness benefits Ongoing training and development programs Internal mobility opportunities Are you ready to say hello to BIG Possibilities?
