[What the role is]
The Knowledge Experience team shapes how our organization works, collaborates, and learns. We work closely with teams across the organization to understand knowledge needs, experiment with solutions, and drive adoption of practices that enhance how we work. Through these activities, we help build organizational capability and ensure critical knowledge is accessible to support both day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.[What you will be working on]
In this role, you will:
Design and evolve knowledge architecture that supports strategic initiatives, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization
Partner with internal teams to capture strategic decisions, rationale, and insights; organize this knowledge to enable enterprise-wide understanding and informed decision-making
Experiment with AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance how teams discover, access, and leverage organizational knowledge
Apply design thinking methodologies to understand knowledge needs and pain points; facilitate workshops and co-create solutions with stakeholders across different teams
Drive adoption of knowledge practices and tools through enablement, training, and change management; build organizational capability to contribute and maintain quality knowledge
Lead content strategy for system migrations including rationalization, cleanup, and information architecture design (partnering with IT for technical execution)
[What we are looking for]
At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience in knowledge management, information architecture, content strategy, or related fields in product-driven or technology environments
Strong understanding of knowledge management principles, designing information systems that help people find what they need and get work done; familiarity with modern KM platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint)
Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and translate between technical and business contexts
Self-starter with experimentation mindset who brings fresh perspectives to knowledge challenges - comfortable with ambiguity, testing new approaches, and learning from failures; able to work across different teams and content types
