[What the role is]
You will be part of the EPD Programmes Team, supporting the end-to-end delivery of the traineeship programmes such as the GRaduate Industry Traineeships (GRIT) and the Mid-Career Pathway programme and other programmes as required. The role covers programme operations and budget management reporting and performance management, as well as stakeholder and partner engagement, to support the effective delivery of attachment and placement programmes.[What you will be working on]
Required Skills and Competencies:
Programme Operations and Budget Management
Maintain and update monthly programme tracking including status updates and relevant system tagging.
Review budget projections from the programme partner, identify discrepancies and flagging anomalies to ensure good cash flow planning
Manage monthly budget drawdown requests and track programme savings
Support budget reviews and preparation of materials required for funding approval and programme implementation
Data Analysis and Performance Management
Review and validate data submissions from programme partners, and spot inconsistencies to support reporting requirements
Translate data into charts, and provide written or verbal updates for management meetings and regular reporting to key stakeholders for decision-making
Respond to data and progress requests from internal and external stakeholders
Support the monitoring of corporate KPIs related to placements and employment outcomes
Stakeholder and Partner Engagement
Support engagement with relevant government agencies, ensuring adherence to prevailing policy guidance and preparing the necessary materials and discussion points
Support day-to-day coordination with programme partners and contribute to smooth programme delivery and ongoing reviews
Support engagement sessions with internal and external stakeholders to share programme information, gather interest, and respond to queries

Relevant experience in programme management, operations, or a related field would be advantageous. Fresh graduates and early-career professionals are welcome to apply.
Knowledge/Skills:
Understanding of programme management processes and reporting
Experience or familiarity with budget tracking, data management, and performance monitoring
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and producing regular performance reports tied to KPIs.
Ability to prepare clear and accurate materials for management reporting and stakeholder communication
Abilities/Aptitudes:
Detail-oriented with good analytical and organisational skills
Good communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across a range of stakeholders
Proactive team player with good interpersonal skills
Thrives in a dynamic environment, managing competing priorities and engaging effectively with multiple stakeholders
