[LTA-PT] ASSISTANT MANAGER, VOCATIONAL LICENCE (FEEDBACK) (1-YR TEMP CONTRACT)[What you will be working on]
Join our feedback team as we seek an empathetic, analytical, and detail-oriented professional. Your role involves managing feedback pertaining to vocational licencing matters.

Key Responsibilities:
o Handles feedback (outbound calls and emails) pertaining to Vocational Licencing matters.
o Comfortable in speaking to members of public and provide written responses as necessary.
o To work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve feedback.
o Familiar with common office tools such as Microsoft office, outlook etc.
On-the-job training will be provided for use of internal systems.
o To perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.
[What we are looking for]
o Experience in Customer Service is preferred.
o Strong command of written and spoken English required, as all communication and feedback are primarily in English.
o Ability to speak in other languages such as Mandarin, Malay and Tamil are a bonus.
o Those without working experience are welcome to apply.
