Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace). Senior Executive, Commercial Operations As a Senior Executive, Commercial Operations, you will ensure seamless coordination of daily operational activities. You will support the Commercial Business Partner in ensuring that the Indonesia Franchise Partner has all of the necessary support from the region to achieve their objectives and that the partner is delivering according to Sephora/brand guidelines, service standards, and operational excellence, by conducting regular store visits and identifying areas for improvement and work with Franchise Partner to implement best practices.
