Assistant Manager, Finance Business Partner As an Assistant Manager, Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing support to key stakeholders across various business functions. You will deliver key financial insights and controls to help operational leaders manage cost and support performance. This role requires close collaboration with functional stakeholders, country operational & finance teams and shared service centres to provide senior management a regional view of business performance. You will shine here if you enjoy… Monthly Reporting and Analysis Supporting the preparation and review of monthly P&Ls for various cost centres Performing variance analysis versus budget and forecast, providing clear explanations and insights into cost lines Assisting shared service centre and local finance teams with month-end close activities, including accruals, prepayments, and cost allocations Ensuring accurate tracking of operational and capital expenditures for projects Budgeting and Forecasting Supporting budget and forecasting cycles, owning identified cost lines for the region and supporting the consolidation of profit performance Working with functional and local market teams to understand key cost drivers Cost Control and Efficiency Monitoring and challenging spend across various business areas Supporting the development of cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements Business Partnering and Stakeholder Management Building effective working relationships with functional stakeholders Acting as a finance point of contact for day-to-day queries Translating financial data into clear, practical insights for non-finance teams Supporting improved cost awareness and financial discipline within the functions Ad Hoc Analysis and Strategic Support Preparing financial input into business cases and investment proposals, ensuring spending remains within budget, with a clear understanding of how to monitor benefits post-implementation Developing and owning regional trackers for all related costs, to drive efficiencies and standardization across the region and to support business reviews Providing ad hoc analytical support to the Regional FBP and regional leaders on cost P&L lines for the region Translating findings into meaningful insights and actionable outputs for senior leadership Contributing to regional business reviews and presentations with clear, data-driven inputs We would love to hear from you if you are/have… A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field Minimum 4 years’ experience in business analysis, commercial finance, FP&A, or a related role, ideally within a regional or multinational environment Solid understanding of P&L structure, capitalization & depreciation rules with their P&L and balance sheet impacts Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) or SQL a plus Proven ability to work cross-functionally with finance, and operational teams, ideally across multiple countries Strong communication and presentation skills — able to turn data into insights and influence decision-making Detail-oriented, hands-on, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed organization Here, you will find: Community , in which authenticity is embraced, and the strength of our differences fuels our collective spirit Culture of empowerment, learning & growth, that offers you the tools, space and opportunity to learn, innovate and lead Work that brings fulfilment, from delighting clients every day, to inspiring our industry at large, every action makes a difference It is in the Sephora DNA to champion a world of inspiration and inclusion where everyone can celebrate their beauty.
