WHAT YOU’LL DO The Head of SAP LeanIX & Signavio Sales for APAC (f/m/d) will drive broad evangelism of the SAP LeanIX & Signavio solutions across the APAC marketplace. The role will drive all aspects of BPI strategies, including revenue planning, incentives, training, and enablement. As an active member of the Global BPI GTM team and the APAC leadership team, the role will be expected to contribute to the overall strategic direction of SAP LeanIX & Signavio in the APAC region. The leader (f/m/d) will have ultimate responsibility for a flexible, yet disciplined and professional sales organization focused on revenue growth, profitability, and a solution-selling approach. In alignment with Global BPI GTM, the regional leader (f/m/d) is responsible for developing the regional business strategy, setting direction, and working with regional stakeholders to adopt plans and grow regional business results, as well as overall SAP LeanIX & Signavio end-to-end understanding and adoption. The position requires that the successful candidate (f/m/d) keeps their finger on the pulse of rapidly evolving enterprise and SMB markets served by SAP, developing new BPI opportunities while continuing to serve existing customer markets. The leader (f/m/d) will build and maintain a team of high-caliber sales leadership talent, including a mix of tenured, industry-experienced candidates and less experienced, high-potential candidates. Links a vision and execution strategy to Board / Managing Director direction. Inspires and motivates. Brings thought leadership to market needs, generating competitive advantage in existing markets and developing new revenue streams. Builds a network of C-level relationships across industry, community, and business groups, as well as with key partners and customers, to stay current on issues impacting business and sales, providing meaningful strategic advice to retain and grow their business through integrated solutions. Stays current and informed on all new market trends and sales campaigns, understanding their objectives and relevance, and applying them across the regional sales organization. Supports SAP at industry, sales, and media events, including featured analyst and speaker roles. Drives the team toward expected market penetration and customer/partner satisfaction levels. Inspires and influences internal stakeholders, experts, and other resources not under direct control, helping to remove obstacles and achieve goals. Drives each Sales Management member toward expected quarterly and annual sales objectives. Facilitates alignment and effective communication within the sales team and with internal/external partners and customers, promptly resolving conflicts to encourage harmonious and productive interaction. Facilitates individual growth and development of Sales Management, setting objectives, performance standards, and priorities, coaching and acting as a role model for sales approaches and account leadership. Ensures disciplined sales methodology application across management groups, resulting in consistent and accurately forecasted financial results. WHAT YOU BRING The Head of SAP LeanIX & Signavio Sales (f/m/d) for APAC will have broadly based, progressive experience in a large, high-growth enterprise software or technology company. The successful candidate (f/m/d) will have a proven track record of leading sales within high-growth, business-process-oriented and/or SaaS-based companies, consistently overachieving sales targets. 10+ years of direct sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role as a people manager (MMT or MMM), ideally within an APAC software sales organization in a fast-growing environment. Previous responsibility for delivering revenue in a hyper-growth software sales environment is a plus. Strong regional network within APAC is a plus. Experience directing, managing, and scaling a multi-faceted sales organization while consistently increasing revenues. Understanding of global go-to-market strategies, including direct selling models, multi-channel leveraged selling motions, and business development best practices. Successful experience outside of direct selling is required. Strong technical acumen with experience leading sales organizations, managing existing industry relationships, targeting enterprise customers, selling multiple products across platforms, and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Solution sales mindset in an environment with multiple products and services. Proven experience with territory and account management in a rapidly growing sales organization. Ability to identify and implement the highest-leverage activities to win large, complex deals. Demonstrated success in building and leading best-in-class sales teams by creating loyalty, trust, and commitment to organizational goals. Both a strategic and tactical executive with the ability to act as a change agent and make a professional, resourceful impact on the organization. Outstanding knowledge and application of proven sales processes, solution-selling strategies, and methodologies. Proven ability to work with strategic partners to drive revenue achievement through channel and two-tier distribution models. Strong planning, financial, and analytical skills, with proven ability to apply sound business judgment in complex situations with competing priorities. Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders to understand needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations, ensuring the value proposition of SAP Signavio for internal and external stakeholders. Outstanding organizational leadership skills, including strong written and verbal communication, effective customer and vendor relationship management, and the ability to work with employees at all levels while treating people with respect. Practices a disciplined and continuous approach to talent development.
