Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Regional Expansion
- Partner with the Marketing Director and country marketing leads to craft short- and long-term strategies for regional brands and innovation pipelines
- Identify, size, and prioritize whitespace expansion opportunities to accelerate portfolio growth across new channels, subcategories, and consumer segments
- Lead and align multiple stakeholders, ensuring inputs from local markets are integrated into regional brand plans
- Drive strong brand-building fundamentals while ensuring consistency in positioning, architecture, and equity across countries
Consumer Insight & Concept Development
- Collaborate with insights teams and agencies to identify emerging consumer needs, pain points, and behavioural shifts across APAC
- Work with cross-functional partners to translate insights into compelling brand concepts, functional/emotional benefits, and differentiated claims
- Support concept testing and consumer validation to ensure market fit and strategic alignment
Brand Governance, Toolkits & Best Practices
- Build and maintain comprehensive brand books and toolkits that serve as the north star for regional and local teams
- Develop frameworks and guidelines to drive executional consistency and elevate brand storytelling across all touchpoints
- Identify and share best practices and learnings across markets to foster a high-performance marketing culture
Agency & Partner Ecosystem Management
- Help identify, onboard, and manage a network of best-in-class regional agency partners (creative, media, digital, PR, eCommerce)
- Facilitate strategic briefs, alignment meetings, and performance reviews with agency partners to ensure excellence in delivery
- Foster long-term relationships and partnerships that unlock creativity, efficiency, and growth
Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement & Market Support
- Act as a strategic partner to local teams by co-developing tailored go-to-market strategies and launch playbooks for key initiatives
- Provide hands-on support in activation planning, GTM calendar alignment, and post-launch reviews to ensure business impact and learning loops
- Support capability building in local teams where needed, from marketing planning to media optimization and campaign rollout
Qualifications & Experience Requirement
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 3–7 years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing, digital strategy, or consulting, with regional exposure
- Proven track record in project management, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic planning
- Hands-on experience in building brands and working in dynamic, resource-lean environments
- Fluent in English. Proficiency in Mandarin and/or experience with the Indian market is a strong advantage
