We are seeking an Interior Design Manager with strong architectural capability and complementary interior design experience to join our design team. This role is suited for someone with 5 to 7 years of experience who is ready to take on increasing leadership responsibilities across complex, design driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural and interior design concept development, including façade studies, interior design, spatial planning, and overall design strategy
• Manage coordination with consultants across disciplines, including Architecture, Interior Design, C&S, MEP, landscape, lighting, and façade
• Oversee design development, drawings, BIM or Revit models, and technical documentation
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and mock ups to ensure design intent is maintained
• Support interior integration, including layouts, finishes, and joinery detailing
• Participate in site coordination, resolving design issues and monitoring quality on site
• Prepare and review presentation materials for internal stakeholders and authority submissions

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior architecture (required)
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in architecture or interior architecture, with exposure to interior coordination in Mixed Use / Cultural / Retail Projects
• Experience in high end hospitality or luxury residential interior design is an advantage
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit or BIM, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong detailing capability and solid understanding of construction methodologies
• Experience in mixed use, cultural, hospitality, or retail projects preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
