Our opportunity:

The Director, Digital Sales, APAC will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of RBI’s digital and CRM agenda across the Asia-Pacific region. This role will lead the development of long-term digital growth priorities, strengthen franchisee relationships, and drive measurable improvements in digital sales, loyalty, and customer engagement.

You will oversee the performance of the region’s digital ecosystem, including app, delivery, kiosk, and loyalty channels, ensuring each platform contributes to sustainable and profitable business growth. Additionally, you will establish and govern data quality standards for the region, ensuring markets have reliable, consistent, and actionable data to operate effectively.

You will manage a regional team, collaborate with global partners, and serve as a trusted advisor to franchisees on digital strategy, CRM best practices, and data-driven decision-making.

RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.

Your roles & responsibilities:

Regional Digital, CRM, and Loyalty Strategy and Performance

  • Define the long-term digital and CRM vision for APAC, translating regional strategy into market-level execution plans.

  • Lead strategic planning for CRM and loyalty programs, including lifecycle communications, segmentation strategy, personalization, and promotional frameworks.

  • Oversee digital channel performance across app, kiosk, web, and delivery; identify cross-market opportunities to drive incremental and profitable growth.

  • Ensure alignment between franchisees, regional leadership, and global teams on digital priorities, performance goals, and investment needs.

Franchisee Advisory and Strategic Partnership

  • Act as a senior regional partner to key franchisee groups, advising on digital transformation priorities and CRM capability development.

  • Lead business reviews focused on digital performance, customer insights, and long-term value drivers.

  • Provide guidance on resource allocation, operational changes, and technology adoption to accelerate digital maturity.

Data Quality, Governance, and Insights

  • Establish and maintain APAC-wide data quality standards across CRM, loyalty, POS integrations, and digital platforms.

  • Partner with analytics and tech teams to ensure dashboards, reports, and models reflect accurate and timely data.

  • Act as the regional escalation point for data integrity issues affecting decision-making or customer experience.

Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and analysts across digital, CRM, and loyalty functions.

  • Establish clear objectives, career paths, and development opportunities for the APAC digital team.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and data-driven thinking.

Your skills & experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.

  • 10-15 years of experience in digital transformation, CRM, loyalty, or performance marketing, with a track record of delivering strategic impact.

  • Experience in QSR, retail, e-commerce, or FMCG strongly preferred.

  • Experience managing multi-market or regional digital programs, ideally across APAC.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, loyalty ecosystems, and digital product development.

  • Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner effectively with franchisees and executive leaders.

  • Proven ability to define strategy, prioritize initiatives, and translate insights into business action.

  • Strong understanding of data structures, data quality processes, and digital analytics platforms.

  • Fluency in English required; Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is a plus.
