RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week.
Your roles & responsibilities:
- Own the financial relationship for your portfolio of franchisees—lead key meetings, track KPIs, and resolve ad-hoc challenges.
- Oversee Billing & Revenue: Ensure timely and accurate billing for our brands across APAC, keeping revenue flowing and systems in check.
- Support Growth: Partner with our Development Team to implement new franchise agreements, ensure accurate setup of revenue streams, and monitor Net Restaurant Growth.
- Lead strategic Projects: Spearhead cross-functional initiatives that improve our finance operations framework.
- Build New Market Processes: Develop accounting workflows tailored to new markets in line with franchise agreements.
- Own Collections: Ensure timely payment of receivables and minimize bad debt exposure.
- Strengthen Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor and internal point of contact for all financial matters impacting our franchisees.
- Support Leadership: Equip VPs, Directors, and Senior Managers with tailored reports and insights that support decision-making.
- Streamline Processes: Continuously improve procedures to maximize team efficiency and impact.
Yours skills & experience:
- 1-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or accounts receivable roles, ideally with exposure to franchised business models.
- Hands-on, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities with ease.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills—you're comfortable speaking with stakeholders at all levels.
- A self-driven person with strong attention to detail
- Experience in SAP FI and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams). Knowledge in Snowflake, Power BI, or Smartsheet is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required. Additional Asian languages are always an advantage.
- Authorized to work in Singapore, without EP sponsorship.
