Your New Role

You will be involved in providing support for facilities operations within QBE Asia.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide recommendations for an effective real estate solution/s for the designated centre or area of responsibility.
  • Recommend a critical operational budget for the coming year/s as part of the company's annual planning exercise.
  • Support maintenance of managed site/s.
  • Coordinate with agencies, particularly to ensure compliance with regulations and proper procedures are taken to address call-outs.
  • Provide immediate corrective maintenance and short-term solutions for all critical equipment.
  • Support the monitoring any and all movements of owned properties and facilities.
  • Monitor centre operations to ensure compliance with local and national laws and codes.
  • Propose and implement designed annual preventive maintenance schedules within the assigned centre.
  • Liaise with key vendors and service providers and monitor maintenance works.
  • Act as subject matter expert in the assigned field.

About You

You will also have:

  • Moderate relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Facilities Management.
  • Environmental Health and Safety training.
  • Experience in handling 3rd party service vendors.
  • Preferred Work Experience includes:
  • Experience in Facilities Management.
  • Environmental Health and Safety training.
  • Pollution control and Waste management training.
  • Experience in handling 3rd party service vendors.
  • Experience in liaising with Local Government Units/Agencies.
