As part of Prudential’s HNW Strategy, the High-Net-Worth Development Manager One Agency Channel will partner with HNW segment focused FRs to bring about an elevated level of holistic Wealth Management products and services to Prudential’s HNW clients.

Job Description:

  • Work with HNW Financial Consultants (HNW FCs) in evaluating HNW clients’ needs and providing solutions in the areas of Wealth protection, transfer and accumulation, Wealth/Estate preservation and retirement, endowment and business continuity planning.

  • Foster and deepen rapport with HNW agency groups assigned to meet and exceed growth targets.

  • Involve and participate in HNW growth initiatives to drive company’s strategic objective towards gaining double digit market share in the HNW segment in Singapore.

  • Identify and develop new HNW business opportunities or leads generation activities to hit the incremental.

  • Deliver assigned targets in a client-centric and needs-based focused environment.

  • Actively participate in the team sales planning to generate action plans to exceed assigned targets.

  • Exhibit ability to deliver effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Possess strong leadership qualities and a mind towards excellence

  • Strong stakeholder management skills in influencing and persuasion

  • Dynamic individual who strives in fast moving environment


Working Experience

  • At least 5 -7 years insurance sales experience in Insurance or Banking industry 

  • Familiarity with HNW lifestyle and expectations and experience with HNW solutions such as premium financing, universal life is preferred.


Education

  • Degree in any discipline
