- Develop and review the Porsche Asia Pacific ("PAP") HR strategy in alignment with the global HR strategy, market-specific requirements and potentials, as well as the Volkswagen group HR approach to Asia Pacific
- Drive HR transformation initiatives leveraging digitalisation, reviewing and coordinating the implementation of internal enhancement along the employee life cycle
- Manage employee compensation, disciplinary matters, talent and performance management, and recognition
- Identify, evaluate, and foster best practice sharing and cross-functional synergies at PAP in conjunction with headquarters, as well as other subsidiaries to enhance employee experience
- Manage HR compliance and integrity, ensure clear communication and equitable application of policies and procedures in accordance with Group standards
- Facilitate and develop an understanding and application of modern leadership and support effective cross-departmental collaboration
