PPC Desk Management Singapore

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in managing the day-to-day operations of our PPC Desk, ensuring seamless execution of trades and exceptional customer service. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering results and exceeding expectations.

To excel in this role, you'll need to stay focused on delivering exceptional customer service, while maintaining a keen eye on risk management and operational efficiency. You'll work closely with our traders, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth trade execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
What you do
- Work closely with Relationship Development Managers to drive quality Premier Private Client (PPC) acquisitions across South Asia Market
- Identify and develop sustainable acquisition channels for PPC segments
- Enhance collaborations with channel partners for quality referral leads (both internal & external)
- Develop clear acquisition plan (market assessment, execution and timelines) for markets that OCBC is pursuing.
- Maintain high standards of compliance requirements and ensure adherence to regulations
- Drive programs to improve customer journey and touchpoints for better onboarding experience
Who you are
- A degree in a relevant field, such as finance or business
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a trading or sales environment
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, trading systems, and risk management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
