WHO WE ARE:

As Singapore’s longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932. How? By taking the time to truly understand people. From there, we provide support, services, solutions, and career paths that meet their individual needs and desires.

Today, we’re on a journey of transformation. Leveraging technology and creativity to become a future-ready learning organisation. But for all that change, our strategic ambition is consistently clear and bold, which is to be Asia’s leading financial services partner for a sustainable future.

We invite you to build the bank of the future. Innovate the way we deliver financial services. Work in friendly, supportive teams. Build lasting value in your community. Help people grow their assets, business, and investments. Take your learning as far as you can. Or simply enjoy a vibrant, future-ready career.

Your Opportunity Starts Here.

Why Join

Be at the heart of innovation within OCBC’s Consumer Financial Services. As a Consumer Secured Lending Intern, you’ll directly contribute to vital projects modernising our lending processes. You’ll gain hands-on experience collaborating with technology and business teams, shaping how we serve our customers in Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. You’ll be comfortable navigating multiple tasks and priorities, coordinating with different teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Your ability to learn quickly and communicate effectively – both technically and with stakeholders – will be key to navigating the challenges and celebrating the wins.

What you do

  • LEGOS Document Setup: Create and refine document templates, linking them to our core data systems. This involves designing customer-facing documents and internal guides with precise data tagging.

  • MyInfo Upgrade Support: Support testing of front-end changes to our digital platforms as we integrate the latest MyInfo version, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

  • Agent Portal Enhancements: Be the primary tester for improvements to our agent portal, helping to streamline processes by integrating MyInfo for document verification.

  • Project Support: Assist team members on various deliverables, gaining broad exposure to our secured lending operations.

  • Ad-hoc tasks: Provide support as needed to ensure project success.

From branch to premier banking and everything in-between. That’s a lot to get your teeth into and many career paths to follow. And you’ll be doing it all while learning from the best in an award-winning environment.

Who you are

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.

  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.

  • Proactive and comfortable asking questions.

  • Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
