The Senior Director, Human Resources will lead and manage the Global HR Business Partner (HRBP) team, serving as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders across multiple international markets. This role is responsible for aligning global people strategy with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, and ensuring consistent yet locally relevant HR practices and compliance governance across the United States, APAC and EMEA.
The ideal candidate brings deep international HR leadership experience, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to lead high-performing HRBP teams in complex, matrixed multicultural environments.
