Business Product Manager, Merchant Business

The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain. The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments. Product Management Develop and manage business requirements with cross functional teams. Engage internal and external stakeholders to evaluate the feasibility on new features/changes requests. Conduct user acceptance test to ensure the product is developed or enhanced according to requirements. Monitor financial performance of the responsible product. Assess market trends to ensure product validity. Manage incidents/escalations from contact centre. Product data/analytics management reporting. Provide support to sales and servicing team on product related materials and queries. Conduct training to internal stakeholders such as Contact Centre, Operations and Sales/Servicing teams for new product launches or enhancements. Manage the necessary documentation to support service operations. Maintain Product Management Policy and Product Risk Management. Conduct Live Verification during product/enhancement launch to ensure the successful deployment and product function to requirements. Supports the development of the responsible product's strategic roadmap with key market research. Other Administrative Duties Updating of policies and procedures Perform regression testing for various systems, and work with User Acceptance Testing team where necessary. Development of test plan, test cases and perform live verification of services. Development of service management documentation for product development. Manage any vendors/suppliers/partners.
