Job Responsibilities:

This is a regional HQ role, and the person will work as an individual contributor, reporting into  the IT/Cyber Risk team with ARMO-ORM (Risk Management Office for Asia – Operational Risk Management). The person will be responsible for promoting 2nd line IT/Cyber risk management for APAC including Singapore. Main job responsibility includes but not limited to;

  • Execute/support execution the implementation plan of regional development and enhancement of consistent risk management frameworks across branches
  • Represent the IT/Cyber Risk Team in BAU activities to oversight, review and challenge the 1st line, support APAC branches 2nd line and perform management reporting
  • Conduct AI Risk Assessment to ensure compliance with Regulatory guidelines and MUFG AI Governance Policies, Standards and Procedures
  • Create and review AI Governance frameworks & AI management meeting materials
  • Lead and manage AI Inventory, Control Ledger, Dashboards and key Risk/performance Indicator
  • Analyze and report AI regulatory trends, AI related incidents & audits
  • Perform Gap assessments against regulatory requirements and relevant MUFG AI Governance Policies, Standards and Procedures to ensure that gaps are addressed

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT/Cyber risk management especially in the area of Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), IT Control Testing and KRI review.
  • Experience in banking processes, regulatory guidelines and industry best practices
  • Experience in performing research and analysis on emerging AI trends, risk and mitigation techniques
  • Knowledge of managing or reviewing AI tools
  • Good communication skills to build effective partnership with key stakeholders through various collaboration / negotiation
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, and takes initiatives to collaborate and challenge status quo, and adaptable to embrace new changes
  • Self-driven individual  with good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
