RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support for infrastructure systems and network
- Perform the configuration and installation of various Application, Databases
- Perform maintenance and system upgrades including service pack, patching, hotfixes and security configuration.
- Ensure systems availability and reliability using maintenance monitoring & alerting tool
- Monitor system resources utilisation, trending and conduct capacity planning.
- Monitor and schedule backup
- Reporting of network and security related issues, including liaison with application team and IT teams for problem resolution.
- Ensure compliance to technology standards, procedures and guidelines
- Document the design, operation and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures.
- Provide technical support in area of networking and security infrastructure maintenance and operations as applicable.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Information Technology
- Network Admin certification
- Operative System Admin certification
