We are seeking exceptional Yoga Instructors (Full-Time or Part-Time, 3–7 classes per week) to join our growing wellness ecosystem. You will be responsible for delivering educational, anatomically informed, and customer-centric classes across our movement zones—including yoga, breathwork, and functional flexibility offerings. As a representative of Morrow brand, you’ll uphold the highest standards in professionalism, programming, and member experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Class Execution & Education
- Deliver high-quality, anatomically sound yoga classes for a range of experience levels.
- Incorporate educational themes into every class, explaining how movements support physical, emotional, and lifestyle goals (e.g. “Today we’re focusing on hips, where many of us store emotional tension…”).
- Offer multi-level cueing, modifications, and progressions based on class type and participant needs.
- Teach within Morrow’s programming framework and contribute to the refinement of class structure, timing, and flow.
- Arrive early and remain post-class to engage with members and support studio reset.
2. Instructional Quality & Alignment
- Teach from a place of clarity, confidence, and care—your cues should be concise, accessible, and purposeful.
- Follow all SOPs and guidelines for music, lighting, studio cleanliness, and member flow.
- Model our Operating Principles in your teaching: show up mindfully, take ownership, lead with rhythm, and foster a winning mindset in your students.
3. Team Integration & Studio Support
- Work closely with the Mindful Movement Zone Lead and Program Manager for workshops, event activations, and studio improvements.
- Participate in regular audits, peer reviews, and instructor feedback sessions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Support onboarding of new instructors and contribute to the studio’s inclusive and empowering culture.
4. Safety & Professional Standards
- Maintain a valid CPR / AED certification.
- Adhere to our dress code and appearance standards (professional, clean, non-branded attire).
- Communicate proactively and professionally regarding class coverage, schedule changes, or feedback.
