MORROW Medical is a physician-led longevity and lifestyle medicine clinic in Singapore, focused on helping individuals understand, optimise, and protect their long-term health. We combine comprehensive health screening, preventive care, and evidence-based lifestyle medicine to identify early signs of metabolic, cardiovascular, and functional change—often before disease develops. Our fully licensed doctors diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, and manage chronic disease where required, while also guiding patients through personalised lifestyle interventions that support sustainable improvement. Role Summary
The Clinical Psychologist is a vital member of the multidisciplinary team in our clinic, contributing expert psychological insights to support whole-person health. This role emphasizes the integration of evidence-based psychological practices within a lifestyle medicine framework. You will play a central role in bridging mental and physical health, recognizing that emotional well-being, stress management, and social connection are essential to achieving long-term health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Assessments:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including clinical assessments, and behavioral screenings
- Assess for mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, stress-related disorders, eating disorders and cognitive functioning
- Integrate findings into individualized care plans in collaboration with medical and allied health professionals
Therapeutic Interventions:
- Deliver evidence-based psychological therapies (e.g. CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness-based interventions) to support mental health and lifestyle behavior change
- Provide counseling and support for stress management, sleep issues, emotional/disordered eating, substance use and addictions, relationship and family problems, and motivation for health behavior change
Behavior Change Facilitation:
- Work closely with patients to build readiness, set goals, and sustain motivation for adopting healthy lifestyle behaviors (e.g. healthy nutrition, physical activity, restorative sleep, avoidance of risky substances, positive social connections)
- Apply principles of motivational interviewing and behavior change theories
Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, dietitians, clinical exercise physiologists, and health coaches to deliver integrated care
- Participate in team meetings and case discussions to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care
Program Development & Education:
- Contribute to the delivery of group-based psychoeducational programs related to mental wellness, stress management, and behavior change
- Open to public speaking to do mental health workshops
- Support staff training on mental health and behavioral strategies in lifestyle medicine
Data & Quality Monitoring:
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and professional standards
- Monitor outcomes and contribute to clinic-wide quality improvement initiatives
