Team Lead – Private Wealth

The Team Lead – Private Wealth will play a pivotal role in Moomoo SG’s next phase of Private Wealth growth. This is a player-coach position: the Team Lead is expected to personally drive client acquisition and meet KPIs in the first six months, while also recruiting and scaling a new frontline team within an established organisational structure.

The ideal candidate will be a commercially driven wealth-management professional with leadership experience, strong sourcing capabilities, and a passion for building high-performing teams to capture market opportunities.

Responsibilities

Business Acquisition & KPI Delivery (First 6 Months)

  • Personally originate and acquire new HNWIs, Family Offices, and SME clients to accelerate AUM growth.
  • Achieve individual and initial team KPIs for new client funding, AUM, and revenue during the ramp-up period.
  • Leverage personal networks, strategic partnerships, and market insights to establish a solid book of business.
  • Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline with clear conversion metrics and reporting.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and channel teams to execute targeted acquisition campaigns.

Team Recruitment & Leadership

  • Recruit a new team of Relationship Managers (RMs), Assistant RMs (ARMs), and other frontline roles in line with the approved team structure and expansion plan.
  • Onboard, coach, and develop new hires to achieve productivity quickly and uphold Moomoo’s standards.
  • Instil a collaborative, client-centric culture with high performance and compliance discipline.
  • Establish ongoing coaching routines, performance reviews, and career-development pathways for team members.

Client Relationship Management & Service Excellence

  • Provide strategic guidance and frontline support in servicing key clients, including complex onboarding, large AUM transitions, and cross-border structures.
  • Partner with product specialists to deliver holistic, multi-asset investment solutions and private-market offerings.
  • Promote consistent client service quality to enhance satisfaction, retention, and wallet share.

Process, Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure the team operates in strict compliance with MAS regulations, AML/KYC standards, and Moomoo’s risk framework.
  • Collaborate with internal partners (product, compliance, operations) to enhance onboarding and servicing efficiency.
  • Monitor and continuously improve workflows to support business scalability and regulatory readiness.
