Responsibilities    

• Manage executive’s calendar, scheduling, and appointments.
• Arrange local and overseas travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
• Manage expense claims and reimbursements.
• Coordinate transport and logistics for meetings and events.
• Support special projects and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the executive.
• Maintain strict confidentiality on all matters.
• Act as a key point of contact between the executives and internal/external parties.
• Ensure deadlines and commitments are met.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5 years’ experience as a PA / Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior management.
• Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment in Singapore.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to multitask, prioritise, and work independently.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
• Calm under pressure and solution-oriented.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Well-groomed and professional demeanour. 

Working Arrangement: This is a full-time in-office role based in Singapore. Full-time, Monday to Friday. Flexibility required to support executive’s schedule.
