JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform painting works throughout the hotel, including guestroom, public areas, back-of-house spaces and facilities, to maintain the property’s appearance and standards.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, patching, sanding, and priming as required.
- Apply paint, vanish, stains, and other protective coatings to plaster walls, ceiling, wooden surfaces, metalwork, and fixtures using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Carry out touch-up painting and minor surface repairs to maintain the hotel’s aesthetic standards.
- Ensure all painting works are completed safely, neatly, and in accordance with the hotel quality standards and workplace safety requirement.
- Maintain painting tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition and ensure proper storage of paint and chemicals.
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum qualification of GCE 'N' level
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Able to start work within short notice period.
