Job Responsibilities

• To be able to setup & service for breakfast/lunch/dinner.
• To be able to do preparation for event, eg: Roll up of equipment & BOH requirement.
• To possess types of beverage sequence of service.
• To be able to conduct and perform canapes/cocktail service.
• To be able to brew coffee for both manual and machines.
• To acquire basic F&B Banquets knowledge.
• To be able to read and understand F&B Requirement from BEOs.
• To be able to conduct an effective operations briefing for casuals (up to 10 casuals).
• To possess knowledge & Align with MBS compliance.
 

Job Requirements Education & Certification • Secondary education preferred Experience • Minimum 1 years in customer service / guest contact roles, preferably in a hospitality organization Other Prerequisites • Ability to lead by example with honesty and integrity • Ability to exceed guest expectations • Ability to analyze and improve process and procedures • Ability to interact and solve opportunities with employees and guests • Ability to adapt and take advantage of different working environment, staff, guests and opportunities • Able to work weekends & public holiday • Able to work standing up to 8 hours
