Full Description

The Role Mapletree’s private capital management department facilitates the syndication, management and administration of the Group’s private real estate funds. Be part of the team that handles investor relations, fund administration and reporting matters for Mapletree’s established private real estate funds with more than S$22 billion AUM in logistics, commercial and student accommodation assets across APAC, Australia, US and Europe. Job Responsibilities Work closely with various departments and fund management teams to understand business plans and communicate private funds’ performance/strategy via quarterly reports, investor calls and ad-hoc fund updates. Assist in review of fund updates and meeting materials required for investor reporting and Investor Committee (IC). Assist in preparation of investor and IC-related materials for funds’ exit milestones, investment, divestment, fundraising exercises where required. Facilitate investor engagement and communications via query responses and investor events. Prepare and review quarterly capital account statements, semi-annual distribution notices, unitholder coupon notices and fee rebate notices that are required for timely dissemination to investors. Assist with fund administration matters including the maintenance of investor records, management of information flow via our investor portal and facilitating of share transfer or other investor requests. Support coordination of IC meetings, investor engagements, site visits and other related events. Prepare reports to internal and external stakeholders with a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner. Support Know-Your-Client (KYC) exercise and ongoing CMS license compliance and reporting requirements. Job Requirements Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Business / Commerce / Accounting or its equivalent. Minimum 5 years related working experience. Investor relations/fund administration/reporting/real estate or equivalent background viewed favourably. Able to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with internal and external stakeholders. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Attention to detail. Able to remain calm under pressure. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint and Word. #LI-Hybrid #LI-HW
