Purpose of the Role

As part of our APA Hub organisation, we enable seamless cargo transhipment through our key hubs in Singapore and Tanjung Pelepas (Malaysia)

Join our Asia Pacific Operations team in a role focused on execution excellence within a shift-based environment.

As a Cargo Flow Optimization Operator, you will help ensure cargo moves reliably through our network. Your work directly supports vessel operations and overall network performance, with guidance from a collaborative and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage cargo movement across hub ports, ensuring on-time delivery

  • Monitor vessel schedules and respond to operational deviations

  • Handle cargo contingencies to minimize customer impact

  • Support service performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Assist in validating terminal operational charges and resolving discrepancies

  • Contribute to maintaining efficient yard flow and overall hub readiness

What We’re Looking For

  • Open to all backgrounds (preferably in supply chain, logistics, or maritime); ~2 years of logistics experience is an advantage

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proactive mindset with willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working shifts, with data and multiple systems

  • Good prioritization and teamwork skills

  • Fresh graduates are welcome
